Data we collect

The contact form on this site prepares a WhatsApp message from the details you enter: first name, last name, email address, subject and services of interest. This information is not stored by the website: it is only transmitted when you choose to send the message from WhatsApp.

If you write to us by WhatsApp or email, we keep the exchanges needed to handle your request.

Purpose and legal basis

• Answering your request and arranging the service — pre-contractual measures.
• Maintaining the client relationship — legitimate interest.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising purposes.

Recipients

Information is accessible to the PRIVEAA team. When a booking is made, only the data strictly required (identity, dates, preferences) is passed to the provider concerned — airline, hotel or property owner.

WhatsApp exchanges transit through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, whose own terms apply.

Retention

Requests without follow-up are kept for 12 months. Client files are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for the statutory accounting retention period.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. No consent banner is therefore required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to bebewagencyllc@proton.me.
